Use the order-status link in the confirmation email sent after checkout.
Check the inbox and spam folder for the email address used when purchasing.
If the email or link is unavailable, contact hello@amfsupport.com with the order number and checkout email.
Processing and dispatch
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after order and payment confirmation, before carrier handoff.
Current shipments leave the United States for eligible United States delivery addresses.
A shipping label can be created before carrier handoff. When tracking is available, the shipment notification or order-status page provides the carrier and tracking details.
First updates can take approximately 24–48 hours after dispatch. This is not an additional waiting period added to processing and transit.

Transit after dispatch: approximately 5–8 business days.
Total including processing: approximately 6–11 business days.
Free Shipping
Shipping charge: USD $0.
Transit after dispatch: approximately 7–15 business days.
Total including processing: approximately 8–18 business days.
For these estimates, business days are Monday through Friday, excluding United States federal holidays.
Processing begins before carrier handoff. Transit begins after dispatch. The total estimate includes both stages.
Dates are estimates rather than guaranteed appointments. Our Shipping Policy gives complete conditions.
When to contact us
Contact us if the arrival estimate has passed, tracking appears inconsistent, a parcel marked delivered cannot be located, or you need help finding shipment details.
Include the order number and any tracking information. We review the order and investigate with the carrier where appropriate.
For a delivered-but-missing parcel, check the delivery location and whether someone at the address received it, where safe to do so.
You may still contact us directly. You do not have to resolve a seller-responsibility problem with the carrier alone.
