These terms govern use of our store and retail purchases together with the policies linked through the footer. Mandatory consumer rights remain available.
Products and selection
Review the description, selected size and color, garment measurements, materials, fit information and care instructions before ordering.
Size labels and fit can differ between products. Use the chart or measurements for the particular item rather than assuming that every garment follows one universal chart.
Product photographs may appear different across screens and lighting conditions. This does not remove our responsibility to describe and supply goods accurately.
Orders and payment
Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details and use an authorized payment method. You must have legal capacity to purchase or the necessary authorization.
Order acknowledgment does not mean dispatch.
Prices are in USD. Checkout shows goods, applicable discounts, shipping and tax collected before payment. Use the payment methods actually displayed there. Your payment provider may apply its own charges.
If stock availability or a material listing error affects an order, we explain the available correction or cancellation and refund. We will not substitute a materially different item or increase an agreed price without your agreement.
Processing and delivery
Orders are dispatched from the United States to eligible United States addresses.
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after order and payment confirmation, before handoff to the carrier.
Fast Shipping costs USD $3.99 and has estimated transit of 5–8 business days after dispatch, giving a total estimate of 6–11 business days.
Free Shipping costs USD $0 and has estimated transit of 7–15 business days after dispatch, giving a total estimate of 8–18 business days.
For these estimates, business days are Monday through Friday, excluding United States federal holidays.
Processing and transit are separate stages. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. Initial tracking updates do not create an additional waiting period beyond these estimates.

Cancellation
For new orders under the current policy, submit a convenience cancellation request for eligible unfulfilled items within 15 minutes after ordering.
We assess when the request reaches us and the fulfillment status; submission is not confirmation. A delayed reply does not make a timely request late.
Later requests are assisted where fulfillment allows. Address corrections are separate from the cancellation window.
For an accepted cancellation, we initiate the refund due promptly after confirmation or arrange release of an uncaptured authorization as applicable.
A whole order cancelled before dispatch is refunded in full, including any shipping charge paid. Payment-provider posting is separate.
This convenience process does not limit mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights.
Returns and refunds
Our return arrangement allows eligible requests within 30 calendar days after delivery.
For an ordinary return, garments should be unworn beyond reasonable inspection, unwashed, unaltered, clean and complete, with supplied tags and accessories where applicable.
Send an authorized return within 14 calendar days after receiving complete instructions and any necessary label or arrangements. This is a posting deadline, not an arrival deadline.
For an ordinary change-of-mind return, the customer pays the actual direct return postage. For defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods, or our error, we bear the appropriate return shipping cost.
No restocking fee applies.
After receipt and inspection, we initiate an eligible return refund within 1–3 business days after approval. Banks and providers commonly need an additional estimated 3–5 business days, but timing varies and may be longer.
For an ordinary return, the original USD $3.99 Fast Shipping charge is not refunded once that service has been provided, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Free Shipping orders are not charged a notional outbound shipping cost when refunded.

Privacy and lawful use
Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with security or misuse another person's information.
Shopify hosts the store. Where Shopify Network Intelligence or other Enhanced Services are enabled, Shopify processes information from interactions here, with other merchants and with Shopify for those services.
Relevant information may be shared with Shopify and third parties, including abroad, subject to applicable requirements and choices.

Rights and updates
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable statutory remedies remain separate from a commercial return offer or manufacturer warranty.
Updated terms apply prospectively and do not reduce rights or more favorable commitments attached to existing orders.
