Review the currency and total before paying. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own conversion or transaction charges.

Choose from the payment methods actually displayed for your checkout. Availability can depend on the provider, device and transaction.
Payment credentials are processed through Shopify checkout and the selected payment service.
Do not send full card numbers, security codes or passwords through support channels.
Total price and promotions
The order summary displays goods, selected sizes and colors, applicable discounts, shipping and any sales tax collected before payment.
Fast Shipping costs USD $3.99. Free Shipping costs USD $0.
Our Shipping Policy explains the processing and transit estimates for each service. Review the selected method and final total before paying.
We do not add an undisclosed handling fee afterward. Any offer restrictions must be disclosed with the offer.
Authorization, charge and order status
A provider may temporarily authorize funds before completing a charge. An authorization is not necessarily a settled payment.
Order acknowledgment, payment confirmation and dispatch are separate events.
If payment or availability prevents fulfillment, we contact you about the options. We do not collect an additional amount without your agreement.
Failed or duplicate transactions
Check your confirmation email and provider's transaction status before retrying a failed payment.
Contact us if you suspect a duplicate or incorrect charge. Provide the order number, date, amount and description without card security credentials.
An unused authorization is released through the provider rather than refunded as a captured payment.
Cancellation and refunds
For new orders under the current policy, request convenience cancellation within 15 minutes after ordering. We assess receipt time and fulfillment status.
For an accepted cancellation, we initiate the refund due promptly after confirmation, or arrange release of an uncaptured authorization as applicable.
A whole order cancelled before dispatch is refunded in full, including any shipping charge paid.
For a return that has been received and inspected, we initiate the refund within 1–3 business days after approval.
Our administrative business days are Monday through Friday, excluding United States federal holidays.
A bank or provider commonly needs an additional 3–5 business days to post an initiated refund, but timing varies and can be longer. Mandatory reimbursement deadlines take priority.
Refunds go to the original payment method. We do not require acceptance of store credit instead of a monetary refund without your agreement.
Return postage and original shipping charges
For an ordinary change-of-mind return, the customer pays the actual direct return postage. For defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods, or our error, we bear the appropriate return shipping cost.
No restocking fee applies.
For an ordinary return, the original USD $3.99 Fast Shipping charge is not refunded once the service has been provided, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Free Shipping orders are not charged a notional outbound shipping cost when refunded.
If a full-order refund is due because we cannot fulfill the order, failed to deliver it or otherwise caused the problem, related delivery charges are refunded as required by the circumstances and applicable law.
